Appointments & Cancellations

No-Shows: A $200 fee will be charged for missed appointments without prior notice.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a $100 fee.
Card on File: Although we typically do not require deposits, a valid card must be kept on file to secure your appointment and to apply cancellation fees if necessary.

Consultations: All consultations are complimentary.

Age RequirementsMost treatments at The Parlor are available to clients aged 18 and over. Please contact us for questions about eligibility.
Consent FormsAll clients will receive consent forms during the online booking process. Forms must be reviewed and signed prior to your appointment.
Payment MethodsWe accept credit cards, cash, and financing options to make your treatment plan more flexible. Please note: We do not accept checks.

Pre- & Post-CareYour provider will review all pre- and post-treatment instructions with you during your appointment. Written guidelines will also be provided for your reference at home.
